I would like to discuss some details about products or processes.  Can I speak to someone?

Not a problem – our office is staffed from 9:00am – 5:00pm AEST from Monday to Friday.  You can call us on 1300 651 671put a message in the Chat Box or send us an email with your phone number and a convenient time for us to call and we will be in touch.

 

 

What payment options are available?

You can use the PayPal facility, use your Visa or Mastercard – details are shown on the CHECK OUT page.  Or if it is more convenient, we can take card payments (Visa or MasterCard) over the phone; simply call us on 1300 651 671 during office hours.

 

 

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Delivery normally takes around 7-10 working days from date of order.  Products are warehoused in different centres in NSW, Victoria, Queensland, so delivery time will vary depending on your choice of product and your delivery address.  Some products such as Landera Cedar Sheds are manufactured to order and delivery time on these is typically 2-4 weeks from the time you place your order. 

 

 

Do you do weekend or special deliveries?

Deliveries on weekends or public holidays cannot be arranged. Please contact us to negotiate any special delivery requirements.

 

 

Is delivery free?

Items with free delivery are marked “FREE DELIVERY ON THIS ITEM.” Items not marked "FREE DELIVERY" have available delivery options detailed on the product description page. UPDATE; some products cannot be delivered free to certain postcodes. If this applies it will be at the bottom of the product description.

 

 

Are there any displays available to view?

As we are solely an online store we do not have any displays of our products available to view.  However, if you need any further information or clarification on a particular product, please call our 1300 number and speak to one of our friendly customer service team who would be more than happy to assist you.
