Our optional Solar Panels:

Premium quality 400W 12V flexible solar panels. These panels are sturdy, weather resistant and extremely lightweight at only 3.3kg making the installation process onto a roof much easier. Plugs right into our Bluetti power station range. You may need an extension cable (sold separately) if the distance is over 2.5 m, needed if putting on the roof of one of our sheds for example.

Very easy to install on our colorbond roof sheets, simply stick down with our special, extra strong double sided tape, available as an option. Can be attached to the roof during assembly, while the roof frame is on the ground, cables easily and neatly tuck under gable ridge cap.

This panel will work very well with our Bluetti power units, they come with MC4 connectors so can plug directly into the Bluetti range. The supplied cabling is about 1m long so an extension cable will be needed if putting these on the roof, we supply those also. If using more than one panel, which is recommended, they can simply plug into each other and then connect to the battery system.

As with all solar panels, the watt rating is really a “Lab only” output, the typical output from these panels in summer on an ideal day would be around 200-300 watts in our experience. (Most retailers will not tell their customers that the ratings the manufacturers advertise are over inflated.)
