      Keter stronghold 8x10 garden shed

      We order this shed in July and set up construction through a recommendation which we were completely satisfied with. We just need to work on the landscape around the shed. We had heavy rain recently. Not problem which leaking

      8x10 stronghold shed

      Very happy so far with this. I built a 10x10 patio platform to put the 8x10 shed on which gave me a nice front step. Took two days but the tow of us took our time as we were doing this during a heat wave. I will say follow the steps carefamd do not jump ahead. Great unit so far, surprising how sturdy it is.

      nice to have it finished

      nice to have it finished and operational and not to have to worry about fading, rotting, or general decay. My only complaint was squaring the doors to get them to function a bit but after some work all works well and I'm quite amazed how well the ridge vent white plastic lights the inside during the day.

      Solid, but a few things need to be improved.

      I bought this shed a few days ago, very well designed and quote sturdy for a plastic unit. The steel inner frame once everything is tightened is very strong. It said two people are required but I had no real issue by myself. I would have given 5-star, but two issues stopped that. First was a bracket was improperly bent so it slowed me down while I realigned the holes with an aligning pin and a bit of brute strength. There was no way that this would be noticed when I did the pre-check for the parts at the beginning. I am more handy than most so I fixed it to function, but most people would have stopped the assembly at this point and would of had to have requested a part. Weak QC on Keter:s part. The second issue is that much of the assembly uses screws for tapping into plastic. While the holes that we provided for much of the assembly were fine, wherever the screw had to penetrate a flat plastic surface, the screws provided were very dull and being a cross drive design made it very difficult to pierce the surface. Keter people, sharp screws are easy to get, this should not be a difficult or expensive thing to correct. Quadrex drive is more universal and has a better stick fit to the bit.

      Nice looking

      This shed is nice looking and has a lot of space. The directions for assembly are not very clear, I used a Utube Video for better instructions. The strength of the shed seems fine, time will tell on that feature. Advise, the base has to be level so the doors will be perfect aligned.
